  • 36 pull ups
  • 80 sit ups
  • 42 kb swings
  • 24 pull ups
  • 40 sit ups
  • 21 kb swings
  • 12 pull ups

rest 90 seconds, then Max rep double under in 90 seconds.

Your score is the total # of reps.  If you get done before the 20 minutes is up, the faster athlete wins…
