4/19/13 WOD


Strength: Split Jerk work.  Spend 20 minutes working on your form and technique, and if it is looking pretty and you’re feeling good, go ahead and put a lot of weight up over your head!

WOD: AMRAP in 13 mins of

  • 3 Front Squats (use your EMOM weight from 4/1/13. Remember when I told you to write it down? Here’s why…)
  • 12 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups ***or*** Max effort unbroken pull ups, your choice.
  • 18 Sit ups
