Strength: 20 minutes of Clean and Jerk Practice. Only go heavy if it feels and looks great!


  • Tabata Run
  • Tabata Push-up
  • Tabata Toes To Bar
  • Tabata Run

The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals. Tabata score is the lowest reps performed in any of the intervals. You will only be counting the reps of push ups and toes to bar. The running is really just to be mean.
