4/3/13 WOD

Strength:  Practice our Squat clean and press with a barbell complex of

  • 1 power clean
  • 1 squat clean
  • 1 split jerk

kettlebells

WOD:  AMRAP in 13 minutes of SDHP and Goblet Squats (24/16 for both)

 

This is an ascending ladder, with set breaks in time. start with 1/1, then 2/2, 3/3….

One minute on/one minute off
3 minutes on/3 minutes off
5 minutes on to finish

for a total of 13 minutes.
