4/2/13 WOD

Strength:  Spend about 20 minutes practicing our hang squat snatch.  5-5-4-4-3-2-1-1-1 reps

WOD: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:

  • 3 Lateral Burpee Over The Box Jumps, 24/20 in
  • 10 Pull-ups Run,
  • 400 m
