Strength: Snatch grip Dead Lift, 1×8, 2×5, 3×3, 1,1,1,1

WOD: 3 or 5 RFT (Depending on how you’re feeling today…) of

  • 10 Pull Ups
  • 20 Burpees
  • 10 Toes-t0-Bar
  • 20 Squats
