3/21/13 WOD

First of all, where the F*ck is spring?!?!?!?  Ok, rant over.

Today, we’ll be PRACTICING squat snatches, so don’t get too heavy unless your practice is looking and feeling really good!

WOD: 21-15-9 of

  • Deadlift (55% of your 1RM, look back about a week and find that number)
  • Bar-facing burpees
