Strength

  1. Bench Press, 8×1, (5×2), (3×3), 1,1,1,1     OR
  2. Split Jerk, 5-4-3-2-1-1-1-1

Do whatever one you didn’t do last week.

 

WOD:  3 Rounds

  • EMOM for 7 minutes of 
    • 15 sit ups
    • AMRAP Double unders

Rest 2 minutes, then

  • EMOM for 5 minutes of
    • 10 Push ups
    • AMRAP floor runs

Rest 1 minute, then

  • 2 minutes max effort air squats
