3/13/13 WOD

Strength: You have a choice:

A) Split Jerks; 5-4-3-2-1-1-1-1

or

B) Bench Press: 1×8, 2×5, 3×3, 1, 1, 1, 1.

 

Then our WOD for today is 4 rounds for time of:

  • 50 Double Unders
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 90 seconds rest

Let’s refrain from slamming our shins into any of the boxes today, m’kay? Thanks…
