Strength: Back Squat 8-5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1.  Start off light (less than 50%) and go heavy.  Try to set a new 1RM by that fourth single at the end…

  • 5 Burpees
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 20 Burpees
  • 5 Kettlebell Swings
  • 30 Burpees
