Remember that there is only one WOD today at 9:00AM!

WOD: In teams of 2

  • Run 1 mile in 400 m intervals
  • rest 2 minutes
  • 21-15-9 EACH, 1 player, 1 set at a time of…
    • burpees
    • pull ups
  • rest 2 minutes
  • 21-15-9
    • Tire flip jump throughs (total)
    • ball slams (each, one at a time)

 

ALSO… The PA Dutch Strong starts at 11AM and Bryan Paradise is competing for us!  Come cheer him on! CFL members and friends get in for free!
