Strength: 10 Minute EMOM, 2 squat cleans @70% of your 1RM

WOD: 10 Mintue AMRAP

  • 300 foot Floor Runs  (3 up and back, or 6  1/2lengths, depending on the class size..)
  • 10 Hand release push ups
  • 20 sit ups.
