First, we’re going to put some of our hard work over the last few months to the test and do an Olympic Total…

  • 1RM Snatch
  • 1RM Clean & Jerk

Take no more than 20 minutes/lift.

Then, just to get out heart rate up a bit, we’ll do a Tabata Set of

  • Air Squats 
  • Push Ups

4 minutes of each, 20 seconds on/10 seconds off.
