Stength/Skill/Practice:

  1. 10 minutes Max distance Handstand walk -or- max time handstand hold
  2. 10 minutes max hight box jump
  3. 10 minutes max rep unbroken double unders

WOD:  9 minute AMRAP of

  • 9 deadlifts (135/95)
  • 6 front squats (135/95)
  • 3 jerks (135/95)
