WOD:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 of

  • Kettlebell  Swings
  • Box Jumps
  • Ring Dips

Remember that the standard for a KB swing is completely vertical from your feet through the top of the bell, and without bending the arms on the way up, making it a kind of narrow grip 2 handed kettlebell snatch. Trust me, you’ll get a better workout without the arm bend!
