Today is the end of our Paleo Challenge, so we’re redoing the WOD we started with.
AMRAP in 30 mins of:
- 30 Kettlebell Swings, 24/16 kg
- 30 Push-ups
- 30 Box Jumps, 24/20 in
- 30 Pull-ups
- 30 Air Squats
- 30 Toes To Bars
- 30 Burpees
- 30 Ground To Overheads, 95/65 lbs
- 30 Walking Lunges
- 30 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
- 3 Rope Climbs, 15 ft
So far, everybody who did this already has shown a remarkable improvement in their work capacity.
