2/5/13 WOD

Happy “Froningurary” everybody.  For the month of February we’ll be finalizing our prep for the CrossFit Open!  And what better way to do that than with a month of programming by the Champ himself!!!

Rich was featured in Muscle and Fitness magazine a few months ago and he laid out what he would do in a typical week. I looked at that and thought, “Wow, that’d be a nice month.”  So, here we are…

Today’s WOD:

  • 10-8-6-4-2 Muscle ups
  • 50-40-30-20-10 Wall balls (20/14)

If you can’t do muscle ups, we’ll put together a good sub for you, don’t worry about that!  See you tomorrow…
