Bring a Friend Day WOD 2:

In teams of two,  a 15 Minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) of:

  • 20 Kettlebell Swings
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 20 Push Presses
  • 20 Sit ups

You may divide each movement however you’d like as long as each person does at least one rep of everything each round.
