Today’s WOD, through no fault of our own is the same as the CrossFit Mainsite WOD: Amanda
9-7-5 reps, for time of: Muscle Up Squat Snatch, 135/95 lbs
We will spend a LOT of time getting ready for this working on shoulder mobility, determining the weight you will be using for the squat snatches, and what you’ll be doing if you don’t have muscle ups yet.
I do not expect many of us to be able to Rx this WOD, so don’t look at it and think you’ll never get it done and then skip today. Come and be challenged! It’s good for you. It builds character. It’ll make you a freekin’ superhero.
