1/29/13 WOD

Skill WORK: Muscle up practice.  So, that means muscle up progressions, bar muscle ups or ring muscle ups.  Everybody can get better at these so lets get some! Who’s going to get their first MU today????

WOD: 5 rounds for time of

  • 10 Sit Up To Stand Ups
  • 10 Toes To Bars
  • 10 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
  • 10 Med Ball Sit-ups 20/14 lbs
  • Run, 200 m
  • Rest 30 secs
