1/24/13 WOD

Strength: Bench Press 1-1-1-1-1-1-1. Take a few sets to warm up first, then 7×1.  Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.

WOD: 5 Rounds for total reps:

  • 25 GHD Sit ups
  • max effort unbroken Pull-ups.
