Strength: 7×2 Push Press, get heavier each round ONLY IF your technique is solid

WOD: 5 rounds for total reps of:

  • 1 minute max rep double under
  • 1 minute rest
  • 1 minute max rep kettlebell swings (24/16)
  • 1 minute rest
