Strength:

  • EMOM for 5 Minutes, 3 Push jerks
  • EMOM for 3 Minutes, 5 Push Jerks
  • EMOM for 3 Minutes, 7 Push Jerks

Use the same weight throughout…

WOD: Death By Squats and Pull Ups:

With a continously running clock perform:

  • 1 Air Squat and 1 Pull-up in the first 1 min
  • 2 Air Squats and 2 Pull-ups in the second 1 min
  • 3 Air Squats and 3 Pull-ups in the third 1 min
  • … Continuing this for as long as you are able.
