AMRAP in 30 Minutes of:

  • 30 Kettlebell Swings, 24/16 kg
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 30 Box Jumps, 24/20 in
  • 30 Pull-ups
  • 30 Air Squats
  • 30 Toes To Bars
  • 30 Burpees
  • 30 Ground To Overheads, 95/65 lbs
  • 30 Walking Lunges
  • 30 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
  • 3 Rope Climbs, 15 ft

Don’t be fooled. A score of “1” would be very good.
