1/9/12 WOD

Strength: Strict SPLIT PRESS: (5-5)5-3-2-(3-3-3).  These are strict presses done from the split jerk stance.

WOD:  Each for time:

  • Run: 6x 400 m (Yes, it’s cold out. Dress appropriately)
  • Rest as needed between efforts. “As needed” means a 1:1 rest ratio.
  • There is also a special cash out, which is written on the whiteboard at the box…
