12/31/12 WOD

Happy New Year’s Eve everybody!  Here’s the WOD:

First, spend 15 minutes establishing a 1RM Squat Snatch

then, AMRAP in 20:13

  • 12 Squat cleans (80% of your snatch)
  • 31 double unders
  • 20 Sit ups
  • 12 pull ups

Remember that there is no 5:30 beginners class or 6:30 class tonight.  Noon is your last chance to WOD in 2012 here, so don’t miss it!
