Happy New Year’s Eve everybody! Here’s the WOD:
First, spend 15 minutes establishing a 1RM Squat Snatch
then, AMRAP in 20:13
- 12 Squat cleans (80% of your snatch)
- 31 double unders
- 20 Sit ups
- 12 pull ups
