12/14/12 WOD

Strength: Overhead squats for 7 sets of 3.  Go as heavy as you can with excellent form!!! If the squat looks gnarly, lower the weight and do it right. Remember what we’ve been saying: “Do less better!”

  • 2 Power Cleans, 185/115 lbs
  • 3 STRICT Chin Ups
  • 4 Toes-to-bar
  • 5 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
