- 10-15 minutes to establish a max distance handstand walk. Try to get further than you did last time.
- 7 tries to establish a max hight box jump. Get higher than last time.
WOD: 5 minute AMRAP
- 2 pistols (1/leg)
- 7 hand-release push ups.
