12/13/12 WOD

Today is a very skill based practice kind of a day. Not a barbell will be touched.

Skills

  • 10-15 minutes to establish a max distance handstand walk. Try to get further than you did last time.
  • 7 tries to establish a max hight box jump. Get higher than last time.

WOD: 5 minute AMRAP

  • 2 pistols (1/leg)
  • 7 hand-release push ups.
