Bench Press: (5-5)-5-3-2-(3-3-3)

WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 16 mins of:

  • 3 Chest ToToes To Bar
  • 10 Double Unders
  • 15 Air Squats

Broken up as: 3 minutes on, 1:30 off x2,  2 minutes on, 1:00 off x2, and 1 minute on
