Skills: 10 minutes of Handstand practice

WOD: 12 Minute AMRAP of

  • 10 Kettlebell swings (24/16)
  • 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 UNBROKEN double unders

If you can’t do 20, set a minimum number and do not count any unless you get at least that many.

$OUT: EMOM for 7 Minutes

  • 3 Power Cleans @75% of your 1RM
