  • 2 minutes max effort sit ups
  • 2 minutes max effort double unders
  • 2 minutes max effort rope climbs
  • Max effort 500 meter row

You can do these in any order you would like, and rest appropriately so that you are recovered enough to go all out for the next one. But keep in mind that you still have the

WOD: Crossfit Games Open 11.3

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

  • 165 pound Squat clean
  • 165 pound Jerk

A completed round is a full squat clean and a jerk (push or split, your choice).  If you get the clean but miss the jerk you can power clean it up without the squat.
