11/29/12 WOD

Strength:

8×10 bench press. 55-65% 1RM, 60-90 seconds b/t sets 8X10 Pull ups. Strict as long as possible, then kipping. 60-90 seconds between sets

WOD:  AMRAP in 5 minutes OR 100 KB Snatches, whatever comes first
