Strength:

  • A: Bench Press: (5-5) 5-3-2 (5-5-5)
  • B: EMOM for 5 Minutes, 8 Strict Chin Ups.  If you cannot do all 8, kip the remaining reps. Try to stay as strict as possible for as long as possible.

Skills:

  • A: 10 minutes to establish your max hight Box Jump
  • B: 10 Minutes to establish your max distance Handstand Walk
  • C: 500 Meter Row

If this elephant can do them, so can we!
