Strength: Squat Cleans 7×1. Take some time to warm it up then go for 7 heavy squat cleans. If you stick it, increase the weight, but only if you stick it!

If you cannot climb the rope, you have a few options for scaling. One is 1 arm ring reaches (4/side) the other is a rope jump, where you reach as high as you can up the rope and jump and pull yourself as high as you can.
