11/3/12 WOD

It’s team WOD day again! In teams of two, the WOD is this:

First a 2 minute long buy in of:

  • max effort pull ups (one person at a time)

Then a 15 minute AMRAP of an ascending ladder of (1 of each, then 2 of each, then 3…) 135/95

  • deadlift
  • Hang Power Clean
  • Shoulder to Overhead

Then a 2 minute cash out of

  • Max effort toes-to-bar (one person at a time)
