First up, some bench pressing!  EMOM for 7 minutes, 5 reps with @65% of  your 1RM, then the WOD:

4 rounds for time of:

  • 5 Turkish Get-up, Right Arms 16 kg
  • 50 ft Bear Crawl
  • 5 Turkish Get-up, Left Arms 16 kg
  • 5 Forward Rolls

Post total time.
