For those not competing on Saturday, today is nothing but PR’s! First we’ll be doing 7 Three-position squat cleans. That’s an unbroken set of three squat cleans, first from the floor, second from below the knees and third from above the knees. Start fairly light and only increase the weight if you stick all three positions!!!
Then, we’ll spend the rest of the time working on our 1RM Clean and Jerk.

If you are competing Saturday, you’ll be going for a little run. 4 laps around the block should do it. That’s about 4.3 miles for those keeping score at home.
