10/22/12 WOD

For our skill work, we’ll be playing with snatches…

  • 5 Hang Power Snatches (all must be unbroken) @50% of your 1RM
  • Rest 3 Minutes

Then our WOD is:

As many rounds as possible in 8 mins of:

  • 100 m Run
  • 3 Pull-up (strict)s 3
  • Pull-up (kipping)s

Post total rounds.
