It’s pick up heavy sh!t day again.  Today, squat cleans for a 1RM in 15 minutes, then:

For Time, with a 30 minute cap:

  • 30 Kettlebell Deadlifts 20 kg
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 30 Kettlebell Deadlifts 20 kg
  • 30 Sit-up (abmat)s
  • 30 1 Arm Kettlebell Clean (R)s 20 kg
  • 30 Pull-ups 30 1 Arm Kettlebell Clean (L)s
  • 30 Jumping Alternating Lunges
  • 30 Kettlebell Press (1 Arm)s 24 kg
  • 30 Box Jump (24 in.)s
  • 30 Kettlebell Press (1 Arm)s
  • 300 m Run

Post total time, with a 30 Minute cap (which nobody has needed yet…)
