For our Skill & Strength work today, we’ll be working on our Split Jerk. The goal is for you to spend the bulk of your time working on your feet today, so this should NOT BE HEAVY! We’ll be going for sets of (2×5)-5-3-2-(5×3). Remember that the sets/reps in ( ) are the same weight. We should only be working today with a weight we can clean up off the floor. Then our WOD is a great little gymnastics couplet.
