For our strength/skill work, we’re going to do 7×2 3-Position snatches. That’s a full squat snatch from the floor, below the knees and above the knees. Increase the weight if you stick it from all three positions, repeat it if you don’t.
Once those sets are done we’ll spend 15 minutes establishing our 1RM for the squat snatch.
Then our WOD is “Annie”
