10/15/12 WOD

Today we’re going to spend about 20 minutes finding our 1RM Front Squat! Then, we’re going to spend about 15 minutes working on muscle ups.

Then for our WOD, we’re gonna do “Helen”

3 RFT:

  • 400 M. Run
  • 21 KB Swings (24/16)
  • 12 Pull Ups
