10/12/12 WOD

t’s big back squat Friday!!!

(2×5)-5-3-2-(3×5), the final 3 sets of 5 should be heavier than you did last week, even if it’s only a few pounds…

Then our WOD:

AMRAP in 9 minutes:

  • 200 M. Run
  • 10 KB push press-to-over head lunge (5/side)

Next week is a bit of a de-load week, 4 of the WODs are light and fast, but the barbells are still gonna be heavy!
