10/11/12 WOD

First of all, great job on 10/10/12!  There were some amazing deadlifts!!!

Today we’re gonna spend some time getting comfortable being upside down!  If you can’t do handstands against the wall, we’ll be working on that.  If you are comfy being inverted, we’re going to work on handstand walks.  Doesn’t that sound fun?

Then, the WOD:

5 Rounds for Time:

  • 6 Push Presses (115/75)
  • 12 toes-to-bar
  • 18 hands up burpees
