15 Minutes to work on your Split Jerk.  If you’re feeling good, put some serious weight up over your head!

Then, the WOD is:

EMOM for 20 minutes:

  • 4 Thrusters (115/75)
  • AMRAP in the remaining part of the minute of Double Unders

Your score is the total number of double unders you do.
