10/8/12 WOD

To start the week off right, we’ll be doing 1 1/4 front squats,  5-5-5-3-2-5-5-5, get the last 3 sets of 5 to be heavier than we did them 2 weeks ago!

Then for our WOD we’ll do “Power Elizabeth”

  • power cleans
  • ring dips
