10/6/12 WOD

Today we are going to continue working on our WOD’s for the Halloween Throwdown.  Last week we did the Sprint-n-Snatch WOD, today we are going to do WOD 2:

10 Minute AMRAP of

  • 10 Power Cleans (185/125)
  • 10 C2B Pull ups

We’ll spend the bulk of the time this morning practicing those two movements.  Remember that anyone is welcome and encouraged to come today, just like  any saturday. It’s not just for those who are competing!!!
