Power Clean 5-5-5-3-2-3-3-3-3-3 Increase the load each set until the final 5×3. All of these sets should be touch and go, if not you are going too heavy.

Then,  For Time:

 

  • 400 m Run
  • 20 Burpees
  • Rest 2 minutes
  • 400 m Run
  • 15 Burpees
  • Rest 90 seconds
  • 400 m Run
  • 10 Burpees
