9/32/12 WOD

Front Squats, 2×5, 1×5, 1,3, 1×2 and 3×5.  Each set should be heavier than the last, except for the final 3 sets of 5, they are all the same weight, but still heavier than all the previous sets.  This is going to be a familiar pattern for a while, so you should probably commit it to memory…

Then for our WOD:


  • Kettlebell Swings (24/16)
  • Double Unders
