First we are going to spend a some time working on Bench Pressing! With ascending weights do 2×5, 1×3, 1×2, then 3 sets across x 5.
Once that’s done, we’ll look at tomorrow’s WOD: “Barbara”
Five rounds, each for time of:
- 20 Pull-ups
- 30 Push-ups
- 40 Sit-ups
- 50 Squats.
Rest precisely three minutes between each round. Subtract your rest time (12 minutes) from your completion time to get your total time.
