9/31/12 WOD

*****Remember that the 5:45AM WOD is back to 5:45AM tomorrow and is no longer at 6:00AM!!!*****

First we are going to spend a some time working on Bench Pressing! With ascending weights do 2×5, 1×3, 1×2, then 3 sets across x 5.

Once that’s done, we’ll look at tomorrow’s WOD: “Barbara”

Ugh, Barbara…

Five rounds, each for time of:

  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 40 Sit-ups
  • 50 Squats.

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.  Subtract your rest time (12 minutes) from your completion time to get your total time.
